Privacy Policy
This page explains what personal data we collect through teadvision.com, why we collect it and what rights you have over it. The short version: we only collect what you send us in the enquiry form, we use it only to reply to you, and we don't use tracking cookies or advertising tools.
Who we are
The data controller is TEADVISION ADVISORY PARTNERS OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia. For anything related to your data, email hello@teadvision.com.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry through the form on this site, we store:
- What you type: your name, email address, company (if you give one), the topic you chose, where you are with AI (if you tell us) and your message.
- Technical details: the country your connection comes from, your browser's user-agent string and a one-way hash of your IP address. We keep the hash, never the IP address itself. It lets us limit abuse to 5 enquiries per hour from one connection.
If you just browse the site without sending anything, we collect no personal data ourselves. We don't use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies.
Why we use it and our legal basis
- Replying to your enquiry and taking the steps you asked for before any agreement, such as scheduling an audit or a call. Legal basis: steps at your request prior to entering a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
- Protecting the form from spam and abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure (Article 6(1)(f)).
We never sell your data, use it for automated decision-making, or add you to a marketing list without asking you first.

Where these providers process data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are deleted automatically 24 months after we receive them. If your enquiry becomes a client relationship, the data we need for that work is kept under the terms of our agreement with you and as long as Estonian accounting law requires. You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner at any time.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you and get a copy;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data deleted;
- restrict or object to how we process it;
- receive your data in a portable format.
To use any of these rights, email hello@teadvision.com. We reply within one month. If you believe we've mishandled your data, you can complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee) or to the data protection authority where you live.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may set a strictly necessary security cookie to tell real visitors apart from malicious traffic. That cookie doesn't track you across sites and doesn't need consent.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
